SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS

1. Service Provision
Unic Xchange provides services that enable users to convert digital assets such as gift cards into Naira. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service registration process.

2. Transaction Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor all transactions and report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Transaction Fees
Certain transactions may be subject to fees as outlined on our website. These fees may be subject to change at our discretion.

UX POINTS

1. Earning UX Points
Users can earn UX points through eligible transactions on the Unic Xchange platform. UX points can be converted to Naira and added to your wallet balance.

2. Changes to UX Points
We reserve the sole right to change, suspend, or determine the value of UX points without prior notice. UX points have no cash value until they are redeemed.

USE OF THE SITE

1. Prohibited Activities
